Born and raised in central Connecticut, Dave and his family relocated to the Finger Lakes area in 2007 for the quality of life and business opportunities present in the western NY region. A small business owner since 1989, Dave has owned and operated a successful construction company, doing business in both Connecticut and New York since 1995. He and his wife have also bought, renovated and sold five homes, participating in the residential real estate boom in the Northeast over the past 13 years.
